Environmental Compliance and Management Plans

Investigating, reporting and preparing plans and/or programs to address identified environmental management issues and concerns. Develop Environmental Management Plans, spill prevention control and countermeasure (SPCC) plans, storm water pollution prevention (SWPP) plans, Spill Prevention Reports (SPRs), oil and hazardous substance tank management plans, best management practices (BMP) plans, hazardous waste reduction plans (HWRPs) and hazardous waste minimization and contingency plans. Provide consulting services on ISO 14001 issues and compliance.

Environmental Training and Presentations

Development and presentation of environmental and safety training programs to include environmental awareness seminars for senior management, RCRA hazardous waste management and handling training, SPCC and SWPP Plan annual training, OSHA Hazwoper training for hazardous waste site workers, OSHA Hazard Communication (HAZCOM) training, OSHA Confined Space and Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) training, TSCA PCB Training, US DOT hazardous materials shipping training, as well as chemical specific training as required by OSHA.

Literature Reviews and Position Papers

Conducting research, literature review and environmental and safety regulatory searches to provide clients with the information required to assist in making environmental and safety decisions and remain in regulatory compliance.

Environmental and Safety Compliance Audits of Operations and Facilities

Development of environmental and safety auditing procedures for industrial facilities. Conducting site visits to complete environmental and safety audits of specified operations and facilities.

Industrial Air and Noise Monitoring

Develop protocols to assess the compliance of industrial air and noise levels with applicable OSHA standards.

Environmental Permitting

Preparing applications for various environmental permits to include Title V Facility Air Permits, State Facility Air Permits, National and State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES and SPDES) Permits, storm water general permits for construction activities and for industrial activities, and program registrations.

Environmental and Safety Regulatory Consulting

Assist clients in determining the applicable environmental and safety requirements for planned projects and to determine the most cost-effective means of complying with new regulatory requirements.

Petroleum and Hazardous Waste Activity Closure

Development of closure plans for petroleum and hazardous waste activities as well as monitoring of and reporting on the implementation of closure plans to the affected environmental regulatory agency.
